Hi Oliver!

I've gotten down to 36-38 bpm resting. Now I'm running 15 miles every other day, which is about 52.5 miles/week average. I need to kick up the training significantly to shave off the final 6-8 beats/minute -- maybe it might not even be possible but it's a good goal to strive for!
